Consultant, January 2004 – June 2005
Consulted the Illinois State Board of Education on issues related to Special Education Hearing Officers and Due Process Procedures related to conflicts in special education under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. This required the preparation of legal updates and a comprehensive handbook for Special Education Administrative Law Judges.
