Shareaza:

Shareaza is one of the P2P program whose user base are growing rapidly. Of late, it has become an better P2P file sharing program with regular updating. The major advantage of using this client is that it offers an extremely powerful search engine which searches from multiple P2P networks including BitTorrent and Gnutella. Kazaa:

The Kazaa program comes from the Kasaa family of applications which includes the famous Kazaa Lite. Kazaa is the only single most popular P2P file sharing system/network of all time. Kazaa is one of the fast and easy to use file sharing programs. Of late the popularity seems to be reducing for both Kazaa software and the network it utilizes (FastTrack). eDonkey / Overnet:

This is yet another NLA program. The eDonkey/Overnet have created waves in file sharing networks. They had a very loyal “user come fan” base in Europe. The eDonkey P2P client connects to both the eDonkey and Overnet P2P networks which offered a great support to its large user base. eDonkey worked well with Windows, Linux and Macintosh platform operating system. Like Kazaa client, even the free version of eDonkey had embedded advertising. But it is a clean and spyware free application. It was a state-of-the-art P2P file sharing network NLA.
